Big Data issues large-volume, complex, expanding data collections with numerous, independent sources. With the quick advancement of networking, data storage space, and the information collection capacity, Big Data is currently rapidly broadening in all scientific research as well as design domains, consisting of physical, biological as well as bio- medical sciences. This article provides a HACE theorem that defines the functions of the Big Data transformation, and suggests a Big Data processing design, from the data mining point of view. This data-driven model involves demand-driven aggregation of details resources, mining and also analysis, individual interest modeling, and also protection as well as privacy factors to consider.

The present work deals with the nondestructive estimation of Indium content in the samples of alumina which is used as catalyst in petroleum industries. Irradiation of stable 115In with thermal neutrons, results in the formation of 116mIn by the (n,?) reaction. In the present work a simple and elegant method for the determination of In(III) is developed employing Instrumental Neutron Activation Analysis (INAA) technique. It can be used for the analysis of different samples for Indium content

Regional Parties are the parties whose main holds are in one state and mostly these participate in the elections only with the state. Most of these regional parties have agends fitting in certain culture dominant within that state. Some of these regional parties also participate in neighboring states, which have constituencies with culture similar to the first state. Different state parties were established at different periods because of different reasons. Regional Parties are almost an inevitable development have a definite influence and impact upon the politics of the in these states . in Western democracies minor parties may condition and modify major parties some what as the habit of an organization determines it characteristics . In the western democracies political parties based on minority support are very few. Such parties can not stand the test of time by the very nature of the system prevailing in England or the United States. In U.S.A. the term 'Third Party' is applied to minor parties which have a definite capacity to influence the electoral prospects of the two major parties. The minor parties in the U.S.A. have played a crucial role by holding the balance of votes and by making spectacular contributions to the victory of the Republicans or the Democrats. Of late, the number of minor parties has considerably decreased in U.S.A. because of their programme by major parties and for the paucity of fund and other impediments raised by the electoral procedure". Several minor parties have emerged in Australia during the period 1931 to 1946. They were largely short-lived and very sterile. Their contribution to the Australian political life was nothing except creating confusion and corruption. For similar reasons several minor parties have disappeared from the electoral scene of the west as well as from that of the third world. But interestingly several new parties have emerged on the scene on fresh issues. The multiplication of minor parties can not, however, be prevented and they are bound to be an integral part of the political system because of the continuous struggle between various closed social groups, particularly in multi party systems.

Fascism is identified with a whole range of forces which crush any genuine human creativity of word or deed: totalitarianism, brainwashing, state terror, social engineering, fanaticism, orchestrated violence, blind obedience. A Reader devoted to fascism might thus be construed as endowing with a bogus aura of serious theoretical content, and even dignity, something which is best regarded as a perversion of the human mind and spirit. Yet there is no reason in principle why primary sources relating to negative aspects of the human condition should be any less worthy foreign scholarly or general interest than positive ones, a point underlined by the fact that one of the companion volumes in the Oxford Readers series is devoted to war. Moreover, with fascism back in the headlines as a phenomenon in the ascendant, it is arguably high time to renew rather than suspend attempts to come to grips with the ideas and mind-set which lie behind it. A second argument against such a Reader is the chronic lack of consensus among specialists about what constitutes the 'fascist minimum', that is, the lowest common denominator of defining features to be found in all manifestations of fascism. This is bound up with another unresolved issue, namely whether fascism possesses anything resembling a coherent ideology. Many would be tempted to agree with the historian Hugh Trevor-Roper's verdict that fascist 'ideology' is at bottom on more than 'an ill-sorted hodge-podge of ideas'. More recently the social scientist Stephen Turner conceded that: The puzzle of fascism remains, half a century after the conclusion of the war against the fascist regimes. No sociology of the interwar era grasped fascism fully or produced an unambiguously 'correct' political recipe for dealing with it. The continuing dispute over the character of fascism and the interwar 'fascist' regimes suggests that these are inappropriately high standards for social science. But the failure to meet them indicates that the pretensions to political wisdom of social science are inappropriate as well.
